As part of this change, we are currently closing our existing appointment waiting lists. Rapid Health has advised us to ask patients to wait until 30th September before requesting an appointment, when appointments will be made available through the new system.
From 30th September, you’ll be able to access Rapid Health through the practice website.
There will be a link on the website, similar to the way you currently access eConsult. You’ll be asked to provide some information about your symptoms or reason for contacting us, and Rapid Health will then guide you through the appropriate next steps.
So, if your request is not urgent, please visit our practice website from 30th September and use the Rapid Health link to request your appointment.
If your symptoms have become urgent or you feel you need medical attention sooner, please let me know so that we can advise you appropriately.
