Brockworth SurgeryImportant changes with immediate effect due to Coronavirus
To reduce handling of paper and infection risk DO NOT drop off Repeat Prescription requests to the surgery. To order your Repeat Prescription use one of the following options:
- Community Pharmacy – Ask your community pharmacy to order your repeat prescription on your behalf
- Online – Order your repeat prescription online via SystmOnline. If you are not registered, you will need to complete our Register For Online Services Form
- Telephone – If and only if, you are over 70, or vulnerable, or self-isolating, and have no-one who can order your repeat prescription as above, you may telephone the surgery on 01452 938558 between 10:00 and 16:00 to request your repeat prescription. Please only use this service as a last resort
We aim to process your repeat prescription request within 5 working days regardless of which method you use to order. We are unable to accept ‘URGENT’ request for any repeat prescription medication. Make sure you are not going to run out of your repeat medication.
