We have a patient participation group which meets every 4-8 weeks and represents patients’ views to the practice. It is involved in fund raising, organising health promotion events and working with the practice to improve the patient experience.

It carries out patient satisfaction surveys by talking to patients in the waiting room, and then feeding back your comments to the doctors.

The PPG wants to improve the patient experience, and works closely with the doctors and practice manager to do this.
