Getting your test results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your SystmOnline account
- use the eConsult service
- by phoning us on 01452 862247 between 11am and 1pm and our Admin team will inform you of your results as advised by the GP (please note the admin team are not medically trained therefore, can only pass on the information as given by the GP)
- as a text message, if you have consented and it is applicable
If you tests have been requested by someone outside the surgery such as a consultant, please chase their secretary directly.
Questions about your results
If you want to talk to someone about your results, fill out a test results request form or use the eConsult service and someone will be in touch.
If your results were requested by a consultant, please contact their secretary to chase the results.
