We have a patient participation group. We meet every 4-8 weeks, and aim to represent patients’ views to the practice. We are involved in fund raising, organising health promotion events and working with the practice to improve the patient experience.

We have carried our patient satisfaction surveys by talking to patients in the waiting room, and then feeding back your comments to the doctors.

We want to improve the patient experience, and we work closely with the doctors and practice manager to do this.
